My demo friend Rita suggested this new sketch blog to me and I love it! I'm a fan of clean cards and I see a great future for me and the Freshly Made Sketches Team! Go check 'em out!
Diane, my friend and downline, was at my class this week. We used the swirly candy piece from "Sweets for the Sweet" on a card and she said it reminded her of Christmas candy (this in between she and my mom being so cynical about the use of the word "sweet" that I was dying laughing). I knew exactly what she meant (about the candy) and wanted to try it on my next card. :)
Thanks for stopping by! This will probably be a Christmas in October card. :)

Erin, what a brilliant idea to use the Sweets for the Sweet for a Christmas card. I had never thought of that - but it works so well. Love the contrast of the dots with the stripes - and that you got dots on each layer. Fabulous card.
So glad you joined Freshly Made for our inaugural challenge
